This is a space created especially for those of us who are navigating the in-between seasons of life—where old ways no longer fit, but the next chapter hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.
Here, you don’t have to push, fix, or hustle your way to forward, instead here you can just be and receive.
My hope is that this space feels like an exhale.
A place where you can soften, reconnect, and take one intentional step toward feeling more like you again.

I started a yoga practice long ago when an injury forced me to slow down. I was in high school at the time, very active but not very balanced. A muscular imbalance had been created from my life creating the injury and I found that a yoga practice would help me to find the balance in my body to heal and get strong again. I slowly discovered my yoga practice gave me a balanced approach to life as well. Since then I have continued to find ways to have a full AND balance life for my own health and wellbeing through yoga, reiki, and wellness.
At Alignwell the focus is on slowing down, reconnecting with your body, calming the nervous system, and remembering the wisdom already inside.
